The sequel to the million-plus selling Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2 sees the player take on the role of former Motocross champion Chuck Greene, who has come to Fortune City, America's newest gambling paradise, to compete in "Terror is Reality," a gruesome game show that dares contestants to survive zombie-filled environments for big money prizes at the delight of TV audiences around the globe. Chuck's motivation for taking part and risking life and limb is his daughter Katey, who since being bitten by a zombie requires a daily dose of Zombrex to prevent her from turning into one of the living dead. There's no denying that Zombrex works, but since it's the only drug on the market, its price is high.


The story mode is alot like dead rising 1 and you can still free roam around the strip that you are at. Like dead rising 1 you can as well use anything on the map as a weapon. The story continues on dead rising 1 and there is some secret stuff that is happing at the strip so you can do two thing with that. You could find out what is happing with city or just go around mindlessly killing zombies. It's still fun no matter what you are doing.


There is two modes of online one is coop. With coop you can play with a friend through the campign. The other is a compition thing that you could do it is called Terror is Reality. With that mode you can compete with other people to win games with ombies in it. Most gamemodes are how many zombies you can kill with the weapon they give you. Anther one that they use is they put you in a giant ball to kill zombies in a cirtan time.
