I know this isn't exactly the site but I'm surely lots of people have used the deep heat spray product before

Anyhow, I strangely can't get it to work.

Am I doing something wrong?

I've shook the can

I've sprayed it 3/5/10cm away from my skin.

I've done it for "3 seconds" as the can advises infact I've done it for 5/8 seconds

and I don't feel anything, it's cold. And I do have deep heat not the cold one... it just doesn't burn feel hot or anything!!!


Can anybody help me? Experience the same thing


Also, can anybody else in the uk recommend anything for deep muscle pain, on legs, arms,lower back?
I've used hot water bottle and tablets

I thought. Deep heat would be a game changer but it seems I'm immune some what

Try the cream instead. The spray I find is not as effective

I've always used the cream personally.

The spray doesn't work for me either tried to use it all the time and then tried the cream and it's much more effective!

Ibuprofen spray works pretty well too! Creams are always going to be faster affective.
