| Hey guys so I just got my wisdom teeth out and was weondeing if anyone has any tips or something for me to follow |

A cold cloth on your face should reduce swelling. Avoid hot drinks and rinsing your mouth in the first 24hours out as it can dislodge the clots that form for the healing process.
Eat soft food or liquid meals. Rest, and after a couple days try rinsing your mouth out with salt water. Should help reduce soreness. |

If you have pain take Tylenol, Extra Strength Tylenol or ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil) every three to four hours.
Drink 5- 6 glasses of water a day and do not use a straw as it can dislodge the blood clot. When I got my wisdom teeth pulled I had so much pain I couldn't even eat soft foods so I had to have protein shakes. Make sure to restrict your activities you do. |

| Soft food will be your best friend, apple sauce, mash potatoes, pasta, yogurt, ice cream and etc |

| RIP, although mine wasnt that bad, def dont use straws, or smoke really and id only eat soft things like apple sauce , YOU DO NOT WANT DRY SOCKET , they will not numb you for it it hurts like hell and they have to go in and spray the holes out. |

I made mashed potatoes for some food and I was super careful. I'm honestly kinda nervous to eat for a few days |

| if your from the uk i would take 1 norfen its basically ibuprofen but a little stronger |
