They cannot be purchased per se. They are earned by being one of the top 5 gold gifters per seasonable gifting competition i.e. Summer/Winter.
However they do come at quite the cost on most occasions. (The rainbow username effect is obtained by being the top posters of all time which is tightly kept by some of the oldest members.) |
