Microsoft's servers for the 360 consoles sorry, not Stealth Servers
Well I guess you can backwards compatible play on next gen so they will stay up while these games exist to play on next gen

Oh, I've wondered the same thing but from resources and articles, I have read that it wont be shutting down anytime soon. Also, I don't know how true this is, but I saw a reddit post saying that it will "never" shut down due to Xbox 360 Live services run off the same architecture as the new-gen consoles.
