hello so i was wondering if anyone knew if you could resign saved data from a online game to another profile a game like dcuo.

It can be done but it's a lengthy process...

To upload your save online ready to be submitted on the site follow this link;

You dont have to upload the file online using the above method, you could also upload to places like MediaFire and Dropbox.
Once your save is uploaded online you can then upload the save to the site;

Head over to the downloads section. Downloads.html

Once on the add download screen fill out all relevant info.

Your save will then be uploaded to the site pending Admin approval, once the save is uploaded to the site you will receive a notification via private message that your save has been approved and uploaded ready for users to download.
Once the save is uploaded, here is how you can upload the save to another profile.

You Need To Buy SaveWizard....

Make sure you register your PSN profile on SaveWizard

Then You Need To Resign The Save(s)....

IF the CUSA can be re-regioned.... (Make a US save an EU save & vice versa)

It has to have Advanced Mode available for you to re-region.

If the Advanced Mode is grayed out, then the re-region is not supported.
