Be careful buying from marketplace - its all fair and well having a good CPU / GPU but if you have slow RAM or poor storage you'd probably be best building yourself.

As above said, be careful buying from marketplace as you have no buyer protection - give eBay a look as well. Sometimes can get lucky and find some bargains

Zayev wrote ok so nice to see a lot of people aren't reading OP's post and all they see is $1500 hurr durr pc go brr

Honestly OP, 3 monitors within a 1500 budget is not the one, I would personally, get one panel with the idea you'll get more as/when for now.
for $1500 I'd be looking at something like this:
pcpartpicker.com/list/G8RjLs

It leaves a little budget for a keyboard and mouse, I'll let you chose those because that's entirely down to preference, personally I would get a nice mechanical keyboard but again, that's entirely up to you.

A very rare spot in the wild.... Zayev posting

Okay so, as said many times now, 3 monitors within this budget is probably not the best idea. You can definitely get away with 2 for now, and add a 3rd at a later date. I can understand not wanting to have less than 2 monitors though, so I'll take that in to account with my suggestion.

As Zayev mentioned, a nice mech keyboard is probably a good option, but at that point kb+mouse are taking up a good $100-150+ of your budget. You might be better off grabbing any cheap $30ish kb+mouse combo for now, and then maybe doing a little research into mechanical keyboards to see if maybe something like that is a good upgrade option for you. Mech keyboards are hard to give specific recommendations for because they can be very subjective.

Right, $1500USD with 2 monitors;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 3.4 GHz 8-Core Processor ($217.93 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock 2 FX CPU Cooler ($39.90 @ Newegg Sellers)
Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING B550-PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard ($149.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory ($86.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive ($67.98 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Sapphire NITRO+ Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Video Card ($429.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design Pop Air ATX Mid Tower Case ($105.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Super Flower Leadex III Super Pro 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ Newegg Sellers)
Monitor: ViewSonic VX2768-PC-MHD 27.0" 1920 x 1080 165 Hz Curved Monitor ($139.99 @ Best Buy)
Monitor: ViewSonic VX2768-2KP-MHD OMNI 27.0" 2560 x 1440 144 Hz Monitor ($189.99 @ Best Buy)
Keyboard: Redragon S113 RGB Wired Gaming Keyboard With Optical Mouse ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $1513.72

1440p144Hz monitor for your main, and a matching 1080p monitor as a secondary monitor. I would personally just save $50+ and buy any cheap 1080p monitor since it's just a secondary panel anyway, no need for it to be high refresh rate. That said, the $140 1080p panel is 165Hz and the same brand/size as the 1440p monitor so they won't look out of place next to each other, that might be worth the extra money to you.

Ryzen 7 5700X is silly good value at $220, 5800X is still a good option too if you can spring the extra bit of cash, but the 5700X will do the job and save $50 or so.

32GB RAM and a 1TB NVMe SSD is just a no brainer at this point IMHO. I can't see any logic behind not having a 1TB NVMe SSD, especially with this kind of budget. 16GB RAM would do the job just fine, but having 32GB can definitely be a noticeable improvement and at only $85 for 32GB, I don't see why you wouldn't just go for that.

For motherboard, you've got plenty of good AM4 options in the $120-180 range. I personally like Asus, the TUF is a solid board, so that's my recommendation. Honestly, the Prime-B550 Plus that Zayev recommended is just as good as the TUF and saves you $15, I just put the TUF in to be a little different lol.

I have included a cheap kb+mouse combo, but if you decide that you'd rather go higher end and/or want a mechanical keyboard, then I'd maybe start with something like this;
keychron.com/products/keychron-k8...8252791897

$10 for RGB backlighting, +$10 again for RGB+aluminium frame. Make sure you buy the hot swappable mechanical variant(not optical) and you have a nice TKL keyboard in which you can change the switches. So if you decide the Gateron's aren't for you, you can easily swap them out to Cherry MX or Kailh.
