If you want to run WZ on the best settings you will be likely rinsing your 1500 budget on the pc alone...

3x monitors you're talking at least 150 each for basic monitors so 450 of your budget is gone to monitors...

Keyboard and mouse probably another 100, so before you come to the PC itself you've tanked 550 of your budget.

As for the pc 1000 could build you a good pc but it won't necessarily run warzone on the best settings, maybe 1080p low settings with 110-120ish frames?

A recommendation would be to buy a decent monitor to begin with so like a 144hz/165hz monitor either 1080p or 1440p depending on which you wish to game in.

If you wanted to spend on a decent gaming pc I would suggest the following:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master MASTERLIQUID ML240L RGB V2 65.59 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 GAMING X V2 ATX AM4 Motherboard
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Storage:
1: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500 GB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
2: Samsung 870 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
GPU: Zotac GAMING Twin Edge GeForce RTX 3070 LHR 8 GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: Corsair RMx (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Total for that is around 1400 GBP and you could look at maybe getting a GPU second hand off ebay to save some costs here and there.

Went with a Ryzen 7 5800x but you could switch this for a cheaper CPU if you wanted or if you are team intel you could switch to one of theirs.

Personal view on this: will update later tonight when i get a chance. Heading to bed soon.

You chose some overpriced components where if performance was the goal there could be more money in that area.

The CPU cooler is overkill. A good bulky $50-70 air cooler does the trick with ryzen and an efficient thermal transfer paste. Motherboard is overpriced, you can get a low tier entry board that supports the same functions for anywhere in the ballpark of 105-115. GPU could've been the cheapest model/manufacturer and perform within a 10% margin give or take. <1TB storage, warzone is nearly 180GB lol.. nothing more needs to be said about this section. The case is a good choice though if performance is the goal swap out the corsair fans for some noctuas. PSU isn't particularly my favorite but they're at least reliable for regular usage. RAM. No need for RGB unless they want that.

@OP you will not usually need more than two monitors. While it is nice it becomes a cable mess unless you're tidy in that regard. I would personally go with 2 25-32" 1440/4k monitors. The balance saved from lowering cost elsewhere in the build helps. You don't really need much to run VR at max all the time unless it is light intensive. Warzone and other titles i wouldn't be to pressed on playing at max settings. The 3070 will handle it at decent FPS. I averaged 93 with a FE 3070 when i was still using it. You could lower settings and sync with a decent 144/175hz monitor.

This comes in just over $1500.

As far as a PC build, you would likely want to pay for some additional fans as the 4000D only comes with 2 intake 1 exhaust.

I suppose you could argue you don't need RGB RAM ($25 extra) and the GPU is $40 more than a twin fan.

Again, I prefer PCIE gen 4 for 'future-proofing' although realistically you could save $30-40 on this too.

Ignore this.

$1500 buys you a below average PC with a 1650.

Stay away from pre-builts at this budget.

ok so nice to see a lot of people aren't reading OP's post and all they see is $1500 hurr durr pc go brr

Honestly OP, 3 monitors within a 1500 budget is not the one, I would personally, get one panel with the idea you'll get more as/when for now.
for $1500 I'd be looking at something like this:
pcpartpicker.com/list/G8RjLs

It leaves a little budget for a keyboard and mouse, I'll let you chose those because that's entirely down to preference, personally I would get a nice mechanical keyboard but again, that's entirely up to you.

Maybe a little overkill on some components from my end but the CPU cooler can be picked up for around 60-70 so I guess you're saving what 30 pound/dollars if you go for an air cooler.

Motherboard is a budget option if anything, I currently have the same one and picked it up for around 100-105, although I got this as a package with a Ryzen 7 5800x for around 360 GBP.

Storage wise 1TB is plenty if OP is looking to play warzone/fps games and this can be expanded on if needs be down the line...

Can agree with you on fans, I was going for a more budget option as these can be upgraded again down the line - a good CPU and GPU is key for the time being as any smaller/cheaper parts can always be upgraded as you please.

The 3070 was more so for reference if opting for a brand new GPU but I was recommending trying eBay as I just sourced a 6 month old 3080 for 520 GBP and it has been perfect.

Again on the ram, it probs was overkill went for the RGB one purely off aesthetics but correct plenty of cheaper alternatives out there. My point was more so to spend more on building your pc than having 3 monitors as they're more of a luxury than a necessity for the time being and good graphics/high frame rates will be much more desirable.
