First off the first thing i want to do is give all this man his credit so first link after post will be to this guys channel who created this entire program and is making this all possible. For putting out this program to help out those looking for a new routine to follow. I cover some of the pros and cons in his new summer aesthetics program. This is a video of one of my first few training sessions within the first few days of buying popular youtuber "Jesse James West"'s "Summer Asthetics" program. 12 week program as a new person to the gym myself, so lets see how an influencer beginner program, works in the real world!
