Get a windows computer, you will need neighborhood and all that anyway which isn't supported on chromebook.

You can get a decent laptop with windows for pretty cheap. Check Walmart, Amazon or eBay out for laptop prices

go on walmarts site and buy a cheap 100 $ desktop computer yes you can find one that cheap
