| My 360 controllers won't connect to the console. after pressing the reconnect buttons on both the controller and console it appears to connect but then never does. I have tried different controllers, as well as getting a replacement console but i still have the same problem. Even having the controller connected to the console with a charger doesn't connect it. I have no idea what is causing this problem as i have changed both the controllers as well as the console itself. Any help would be great thanks. |

If you've changed both console and controller then surely there must be something missing? Like not to be patronising but are you sure you're connecting them correctly. I imagine you would be however if it's not just the controllers or the console as you've tried alternating both then it's baffling.
My only ideas are either the batteries or battery packs you are using are damaged/dead. Be sure to press the sync button on both console and controller at the same time and put the controller closer to the console. If it's not connecting via cable either which is usually the cure all then i'm afraid your house has possible bad juju and you should move before the demons come and collect your soul. |
