So as the title says, i have finally done it. I decided to go through NASM, as i am located in Michigan for anyone who may be curious.

I fell in love with the gym going for the first time ever at the age of 24 due to the fact i have had nerve damage and pain in my legs for the past 4 years due to substance abuse, on top of neglect from taking care of myself, most specificly my diabetes and insulin needed, with that, as i was born into a diabetic coma, aka meaning im a type 1.

To try and combat the severe pain and weakness that has came through my struggles, it led me to going into the gym to see if working out my legs or possibly getting them stronger would help me either get more blood flow going or just give me any sense of relief to be honest. And luckily enough for me, i was able to do much more then just both of those things including finding out exactly where i wanted to spend my time. Where i wanted my career pathway to go. Which at this point, was a desperate need for me to find, and quick.

Im so happy to have the chance to study and what not before i schedule my final assesment. i want to study and take some practice exams provided by NASM that should help me prepare for a few weeks before diving into it. I guess the test is 120 questions, has a 2 hour time limit. And you need to have a cpr/aed certification as well, which luckily i was able to get through my school as well.

But anyway i do not have too many friends or really that close with my family. But yeah im really freakin happy for me dood. so i wanted to share. Yay me
