I am clueless when it comes to PC's just FYI

What is your budget and currency?
> I don't even know... $1500-$1750??

What will you use the PC for?
>Work and gaming. I use adobe pdf to view and edit construction blueprints

Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using?
>Id like a dual monitor set up.

Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals?
>Yup

Do you need an operating system?
>Yup. Windows

Will you overclock?
>Don't know what this means

Anything else we should know?
>Not sure if it matters but I have 400mb internet speeds.

Something along those lines. The 1TB SSD will do you for now, but you'll likely need more storage. I'd add an HDD when you have some spare cash, any 7200RPM HDD in the capacity you want/need will do, I'd start with a 2TB at least.
I'd also add an aftermarket CPU cooler at some point, but Ryzen 5 5600 stock cooler will do the job for now.

Most of the money has gone towards monitors and GPU. 4k60Hz for work, 1440p144Hz for gaming. 6700XT is the lowest end GPU I'd want to see in a build like this. If you need it cheaper then you'll have to sacrifice GPU performance, and/or cheaper monitor(s).
