I use to drink them a lot ( I drank a bunch when I was selling the codes for double exp in bulk ) I ended up going to hospital, because it **** my liver and I had really bad heart palpitations, had to get blood work and stuff done, if you're drinking them daily or a lot, it can really be bad for you. from then I rarely drink them, I'll mostly drink water now, due to having to go to hospital, get a bunch of fluids and multpile blood tests which came back to my liver and heart, but.. from being off them and drinking water it's much better

I was mostly drinking Monster Energy and sometimes red bull that's what I'll drink now but I'll normally go for Sugar Free but that's very rare, although I'm sure if you drink a crazy amount of energy drinks, eventually it'll catch up to you if you're drinking a huge amount each day, I mostly got the side effects after I stopped drinking them, which was mostly heart palpitations, this then lead me to feeling really light headed and losing my vision ( well getting really blured vision to a point where I felt like I was going to pass out ) it got worse over a few days, before it happened 3 - 4 times in 30 minutes, that's when I decided to go to the hospital, my heart rate was really unnormal. I took apicture after the fact as I tested my heart rate on a daily basis and for a few weeks after it was around 130 - 150 bpm, it eventually calmed down but it was for sure a scary experience.

I drink Monster Energy a gratuitous amount. When i used to work in a bar I drank 2 every shift, 4/5 days a week. Even now I drink probably 4-6 a week. Admittedly I'm not a healthy specimen however i've not experienced any issues related to the EDs. No heart problems and I get regular check ups with my doctors. I don't recommend my level of consumption to anybody, I just prefer the taste of them to any other soft drink or beverage.

Quick edit, i've maintained this level of consumption for about 5 years so if it's gonna catch up to me i'll let you know.

I think 1 can a day is good after training to get my sugar levels up as they drop a lot after intense workout.

Extremely bad for you.

I was drinking multiple daily, after 4/5 months I nearly collapsed. Suffered what they called a caffeine overdose and since then suffer from chest pains, heart palpitations etc. The need to have one was always there and turned into an addiction where I just didn't feel good if I didn't have one. anyway, been 8 months without one and I sleep better, focus better, no palpitations and chest pains are rare.

Every once and a while they aren't terrible. Even every other day isnt bad. Personally as a nurse, i drink one every shift. but on my days off I dont. I usually work 3 12 hour shifts in a row, and then 4 days off. As long as you are staying in shape and working off all that sugar you should be fine. the caffeine in them isnt as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Your body can process around 220mg of caffeine each day. Obviously you can still get addicted to caffeine, however anything in moderation is normally fine
