So I contacted them a week ago about a issue with my prestige going back to 1 and they've not updated me or nothing about my issue
After the new season update for warzone it reset everyone back to prestige 1 said it's a Visual glitch anyone know how to fix this I've already cleared the hard drive Removed the account re Downloaded it Deleted the game and re-installed it I just want my prestige to be right I'm currently prestige 9 but says I'm prestige 1 |

They will be more than aware of the issue and will fix it. Just think how many individual reports they've had. They won't reply to half of them I bet. |
