This is the best protein shake NO BS simple quick and cheap asf. Comes in at around 1000 calories but without all the unnecessary foods I normally add. Not only does it take time to add loads of foods to make a shake but it's just too expensive and for what? If we can get 1000 calories from just 3 foods then let's just use that lol. Not to mention it's so much faster to whip up in a shaker rather then faff about with the blender and then have to wash up. This is a simple grab and go shake.
