The quickest way to get skill points is to quit games but it'll ruin your stats.

I'll help you if you actually want to play games.
I'm an 88 St / elite division on UT.

How often would I get points?
im not sure. I think it's every level but it takes ages. I'm only level 22 and I've played 300 games and that's gets me to 87 ST
