Anybody know where I can send a current copy of my C.V with new info I have for it for them to make it better and look more professional? Like I don't think it's too bad rn but I feel it could be better and in order etc...

If you don't think it's too bad, I would look online for a few examples of other CVs and do it yourself. If you don't want to do it yourself however you could probably use a CV builder website but as long as it has all of your important information on there and it's easy to read you should be fine. I know that people on Fiverr will most likely offer a service for CVs so you could check there if you are looking to pay someone to update it for you.

Yeah that makes sense, there will be people who offer services for it so you will just have to look and see if they offer what you are looking for. I hope you find what you need

I paid some dude on fiver to write me a cover letter and resume given the one I had at the time. The service I bought was 40 dollars and he specialized in ATS optimization (software companies use to scan keywords etc) Straight out of college I had a pretty high call-back rate and ended up landing at a fortune 500. I would recommend looking at something similar. Any leg up you to pass the initial online application screenings is worth it IMO.
