A recovery service will always heighten the chance of you being banned or reset, I would always advise that if you do wish to go ahead with the recovery service, you do it on an account you're not willing to lose, the tools I'll be using on your accounts are the ones I use for my own account, over a year without any issues.
Do you have an insurance policy?
If your account is banned / reset within 3 days and you can provide legitimate proof, I'll re-do the account or give you one of the social clubs I no longer use
