Good morning.
I would need help with a problem on my computer, and I don't know how to solve it.

The problem is the following: when turning on the pc, everything loads fine, but once on the pc desktop screen, the computer freezes, and I get an error with a blue background, which says (whea_uncorrectable_error), and the pc reastarts.

I don't know how to fix it, it would be helpful if someone could tell me what to do, but I need the computer for my work.

Add that the last thing I did is install the asus auracreator, and then I got the error. After installing it, what I have said above happened to me.

* I don't have a copy to restore, and I have a lot of important files.

Have you checked for Windows Updates and applied them all?
