I changed my mind, it's probably Lord of the rings: return of the king on the ps2/game cube. 90's kids will know.

I wouldn't say greatest of all time , but definitely an amazing game , use to play it with all my buddys when I was a kid , good times

I asked my grandma for Two Towers the week it came out and saw it within an hour or 2 later after asking(crazy weird person but she came through!) being nine years old and loving the movies and having such an awesome game was so sick. 90's kids we had that shit made, got all the cool movies, cartoons, music, card games etc etc
