| My son is currently in flood of tears as he cannot join the waiting area for the chapter 3 event with his friends who are all there. He's in the lobby and can see them and speak to them but the top right window they have all used to join the event waiting list doesn't show for my son. He's been trying since 6.45pm a we have run out of ideas of what we are doing wrong. Can anyone advise how to bring the window up please? Friends have joined after him whilst he has been trying and they have been successful, but he can't. Any suggesting please? TYIA |
