My favorite TTG memory was about 10 years ago when the site was really active and people hosted on a ton of games, for free, or under $5. Cod4, MW2, WaW, etc. That was a legit community with very little conflict. I think I dipped around the end of the BO3 hype. It's not the same here anymore. It's all about money on one or two games hosting the same damn things with no creativity. 10 years ago it was the opposite and quite beautiful

I miss the Mw2 challenge lobbies people hosted for free. They were almost impossible to get in to when they started because everyone and their dog was trying to get into the lobby.

Also miss the Mw2 trickshotting days on the forum.

One thing I miss was the midnight release era.

I remember when everyone used to plan on here and in the shoutbox what time they were heading out to line up for a mid night release normally Halo or CoD.

Crazy how much times have changed since then I doubt most of us have many discs anymore.

Those were the days, me and the boys meeting up together 2 hours before the game came out and then going as a squad to get the new game and playing it in line at GameStop was so much fun, God I miss those days so much... time just fly's by so fast, got to enjoy every moment you have of it
