My platform is PC, but if you get saavy with WIllowTree, and download saved games from Nexus and other sites, you should get what you want.

With WillowTree you can reconfigure the parts or a weapon and make it more powerful--not really modding in the sense of using a program like CheatEngine, but quite effective.
