GTA V is a lot more family friendly now due to many people complaining about the offensive behaviour and the way women were portrayed. Women in the game now have more clothes on and some controversial scenes have been removed. There still are optional scenes that you can trigger where the player can make strippers perform lap dances but they are a lot more clothed than before. The player can direct their avatar's hands to touch the strippers bodies when bouncers are not looking. This can be removed by doing a cheat code (which I will share later on) as it would allow players who want a lap dance and who do not to play. But once you apply the cheat code, you cannot undo it and your account will be stuck with the improvised settings. There are some side quests where in some cut scenes the player can hear pleasured moaning sounds from behind a closed door, but no inappropriate scenes. This can be easily fixed as there is an option where you can skip the cut scenes by holding 'X' of the PS4 or 'A' on the Xbox One. The cheat code will also remove strippers from walking around strip clubs and will restrict them to staying in them, but they will be more clothed. You cannot accidentally enter a strip club as when you touch the door, the game will ask you, "are you sure you want to enter"?, and you have to choose an option (Yes or No) before you can continue. There are no inappropriate signs outside the strip club, it is just a large building where the side looks like a bar.

The cheat code is (for PS4): L1, L1, R2, X, O, L3, L2, Triangle, X
The cheat code (for Xbox One): LB, LB, RT, A, B, LS, LT, Y, A
Please note that once you perform the cheat code, you cannot reverse it, so you will be stuck with the improvised settings. Also note that there will be nothing different to the atmosphere, but the changes will take place.

When you play free roam online, Rockstar. has made all of the NPC's (non playable characters) clothed well and as a result there is no nudity. They have also added online mini games to the console (as it was exclusive to PC players before) which are: the fight club, races, team death match, golf, runner, snipers vs stunters, gun game, and avalanche. Every few months Rockstar. brings out a new heist where you sneak into a rival groups building or compound of choice and extract as much money as you can without dying.

In the story missions, you play as three characters; Trevor (an honest guy who is mentally unstable), Michael (faked his death so he can retire with more he stole), and Franklin (rookie robber). Your main goal of the story is to gain control of all of the criminal gangs by killing their leaders. The plot changes in the middle of the game and Trevor and Michael get some friction between them as Michael lied to Trevor about someone dying. From then on you will be playing mostly as Franklin trying to keep the friendship and at the end you (Franklin) has a choice either to kill Trevor, Kill Michael, or save both of them which is a suicide mission. After you finish the game, you can choose to play as the FBI (called FIB in GTA V) or the police by doing missions, saving hostages and killing terrorists.

I have wrote all of this as I want the younger generation to be able to enjoy this game as much as I did and also not have a much more appropriate version. I am sure this change is taking place as Rockstar. wants to attract a new generation and as GTA 6 will be coming out in a few years, these changes would not affect the more mature gamers greatly.
