Hello people!
I was playing around in photoshop the other day with no real direction and ended up calling it a night with this.

Given the person's position in space, how does the reflection work? I think it would be more believable if another planet or stars were reflected.

Also, the motion blur sticks out. To me, it implies the person is flying through space at near-supersonic speeds. Seems dangerous!

Realism aside, the color scheme is nice!

Realism was not particularly my goal, especially with the mixed styles. And I was on the edge about the facemask reflection but I wanted to repeat the pattern on the mask. I suppose the idea was more of a warp of space and time but I didn't want to get too warped and distorted. Colors were the main interest to me on this one, fun fact the planet is actually a marble! I can send you the PSD and you can take a whack at it if you want!

i would've worked with a 3D scene. This lacks depth. However the idea does look nice. Colors fit to an extent, palette is a bit constricted.

Personally a 3D scene of this without the astronaut would make a good animated wallpaper or a good still image. Just a few personal preferences passing here, so don't take them too heavily.
