Like to start if anyone helps I'll have to use Newegg for a build.

What is your budget and currency? 800-1000 USD
What will you use the PC for? Gaming and web browsing
Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? I have a monitor I could use for now
But if within the budget I could use one
Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? Just a mouse
Do you need an operating system? Yes
Will you overclock? Not sure?
Anything else we should know?

For starters with the pc market we are in today I wouldn't buy anything until you can get a graphics card for a FAIR price. that being said i would watch best buy or amazon as they occasionally drop 1660 supers for $330 and that would be a fair price today for todays market for a good budget card otherwise you're gonna be spending 300+ on a 1050 Ti sadly.

as for a mouse you can really go for any mouse but my personal favorite is the g703 lightspeed that occasionally is on sale for $60 from $90 or you can go with any low budget razer mouse and get away with it.

operating system can be found on any key site for roughly $30.

this is a list i just made for something id get if i had no intentions of doing small upgrades in the future and if i only had $1000 such as your budget.

pcpartpicker.com/list/yB3RDc

List doesn't include a graphics card because as i said at the top i would work on obtaining a decent card for a fair price first.
you could swap to a different case if you wanted but that one was just a placeholder for the list. you could swap the storage situation around but I believe that storage is plenty and well proportioned.

You could also swap to a cheaper motherboard than the b560 and go for a b365 on amazon for roughly $60. it'll get the job done for casual gaming, you could also switch the CPU out to a Ryzen 5 3600 if you would rather have AMD for roughly $210 if you look around but you will also need to swap the motherboard out to a AMD board such as a b450. and then you can remove the hyper Evo 212 CPU cooler from that list as the stock cooler for the R5 3600 will work fine.

total will be around $1100 with taxes off the top of my head but taxes don't usually intervene with peoples budget

All in all this advice wont be perfect according to some people and i know there are some people on site that could give you better advice potentially but this is the route id go if i had $1000 and no intentions to really upgrade down the road. I hope this helps.
