PC modding for personal use , like recovery options such as unlocks,rp,money.. how high is the risk of a ban?

Wasn't aware Rockstar was still on their shit like this ahah.

I'd like to customize my personal account and just have some fun with it but I don't wanna get it banned right off the bat either.

You'll be fine just dont go crazy lvl 120 and 50 mil wont get you banned.
