So I am having an issue with My Series S and my Monitor, when my xbox does a full shutdown so will the monitor which is as expected. However when I turn the Series S back on it will just display a black screen even though the Xbox is plugged in via HDMI. I have tried numerous HDMI leads and the only solution to this problem seems to be unplugging the HDMI from the monitor or Xbox and plugging it back in. But that is not something i'd like to do for the rest of my life lmao.
Since I can then get the visual after unplugging and re-inserting the HDMI the issue doesn't seem to be hardware. I've looked up numerous videos online and none of the solutions have worked. I have a Samsung 27" Curved Monitor 1080p 60hz. I have no issue with the monitor and my Xbox One S. They worked perfectly together, the xbox turned the monitor on and off with itself I never had any issues. If anyone knows a solution or has had the same problem let me know. |

| Try hooking it up to tv. It may have reset the settings on the Xbox or you shut it down during an update |
