locky38 wrote I am looking to upgrade my CPU to a ryzen 7 5800x and my GPU to a 3060ti You can upgrade your system to those components, should not be an issue according to PC-Specs.com. Your power supply has plenty of power so you aren't limited by it. locky38 wrote also i would like to completely watercool my system what am i going to need for this This depends. Do you plan on using an AIO for your CPU and leave your 3060 Ti air cooled, or are you going full custom with a loop that includes your 3060 Ti? We'll need to know what case you have, so we can figure out radiator sizes. |

locky38 wrote would want to completely custom loop the system. I have a corsair 680x I recommend a 360mm radiator front-mounted or a 240mm radiator top mounted. Use the stock fans and get yourself a pump & reservoir combo that will fit in your case. With watercooling I never recommend cheaping out on any component of it. EKWB.com products are my go-to. You will need to sort out the correct fittings and tubing lengths. Best of luck! |

If you've got some spare time, this might be worth a read;
Archives/t=6902921/ultimate-water...guide.html It's pretty basic and not the best, especially considering it's nearly 7 years old, but could potentially help you out a little. If you need any more help, give me a shout, I always love to see more custom loops |
