Hello,
currently my pc has following specs: CPU i5 4670k GPU gtx 1060 6gb MBD z87-hd3 SSD samsung 860 evo 250gb PSU corsair 550W RAM 16gb ddr3 corsair case antec I am planning on upgrading to: CPU i7 9700k GPU gtx 1060 6gb MBD Asus PRIME Z390-A SSD samsung 870 evo 1tb PSU corsair 650W RAM 16gb ddr4 corsair case corsair carbide midtower 275r Would this be a suitable upgrade and are the upgraded components compatible? The CPU and GPU should produce only about 8%, right now it is 14%. Maybe upgrade to RTX 2060 for even smaller bottleneck? Thank you so much for any feedback! |

hotsem wrote 8% and 14% what? Why exactly are you upgrading- what are you looking to achieve with this upgrade? What is the specific make and model of your current PSU, as well as the PSU you plan on upgrading to? What CPU cooler do you currently have? What is your budget and currency for the upgrade? |
