What do I need to do to use PS4 saves to PS4 games on my PS5? I want to unlock trophies. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can use SaveWizard to resign the PS4 saves for your profile,
and use them on the PS4 games on the PS5 console
(Make sure you're doing it for the PS4 version of the game)
