I've got my eyes on this PC build with a Ryzen 5 5600x and an rtx 3060 ti, there's not many ways to get hold of the gpu due to it being out of stock everywhere unless you buy a pre built pc which is what I plan on doing. I plan on gaming on a 1440p monitor I currently have and this looks like the master piece I'm looking for and the price isn't as bad as I thought it'd be, any my question is are there any negatives of this build?

| ya here to pc parts are hard to find / get unless you want scalped or they are used / pre build like you stated. id say thats a decent build though specially if its your first |

| Yeah I've bought it and upgraded the case as well as the motherboard to the ASUS AMD B550 ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING motherboard. Can't wait it looks a beast on videos. Only thing now is cpu cooler, think it comes with a stock one not sure if I'd need to upgrade it but the good thing is with this build I can buy parts in the future if I ever wanna upgrade but this pc should be able to take a right beating tbh, the specs are good and can run good fps in higher than 1080p. |

The build itself looks very capable, however it all depends on the price. The only things I'd note are the PSU is only a 550 meaning future upgrades may not be as feasible. Depending on the price I'd probably look towards a 3070 over a 3060TI as the 3070 seems a much more 'futureproof' GPU. |

| I'd love to change more things but I'm afraid I can't afford it man, scalpers are charging like $1000 just for the gpu so I've had to buy a pre built. It's my first gaming pc anyways. I can't throw any more money into this, I've looked online at 550w should be good, what would be affected if I don't upgrade my power supply? As for the gpu the 3060 to is a great gpu and with that as well as the 3070 being hard to get hold of rn I don't mind taking the 3060 ti. I have a 1440p monitor with 144hz so I don't really see much point upgrading to the 3070 anyway. |

Thought sod it and went all in, I've added a cpu cooler better than the stock one and upgraded to the rtx 3070 evga ultra xc3.
Motherboard is the Asus 550-f and got a better case Is this build solid now for 1440p gaming? |

Underpowered PSU's cause numerous issues including ruining the hardware it runs. The minimum recommended for a 3070 is 650W - I'd be safe and go 750. |
