Hello all. Recently I've been playing a lot of Modern warfare again and I've been playing with friends and all of a sudden my friend automatically pulls us to a 250ms ping search, he has open nat type, has reinstalled the game and he just cannot connect to any Oceana server when he is the host or when we're hosting for him.
However, if we host a private match and he co9nnected to us or we host we don't move from a 30ms ping... Any help would be much appreciated |

| Does your friend manage to go straight to that ping its most likely he's been shadow banned (maybe for boosting/cheating/spam reported). Shadow bans usually take around 6-8 days to come off, if his ping going straight 30ms to 150ms/200ms/250ms/350ms then it would be that case. He should also check his internet connection via google, just type "internet speed checker" see if his ping is similar showing there, then in that case would be his internet connection issues or maybe even a firewall, he may need to portforward via his online router IP. |
