22nd Jan - UI and Sound

UI for quick reply and thread creation has been updated with the improvements from the PM system the draft system between PM's and the forums is now active on the forums.

Improvements have been made to font size and font selection

A sound notification has been added to the PM system so if you have the Inbox/ Message open a sound will go off while in the window or tabbed away to let you know about a new message.

If you want to mute sound alerts from a single user you can go into the conversations and mute them top right

If you prefer to mute all sound alerts on just the inbox page you can on the top right

A redirection bug on the post confirm page within the Digital Marketplace forum has been fixed.

what a scammer. hes downloading your money from your wallet with this update. he just told me it scans your wallet and sucks the dollar bills right into the machine

I have used the new PM system quite a bit and it has proven to be way more efficient than the previous design, good work

Really like this update its better for sellers on site who are talking to multiple customers at once from time to time I forget what me and client were talking about because I was talking to multiple clients at once and having to scroll through PMs before this update was a pain in the ass so I had always tried to use discord now with the threaded conversation its very nice. I also like the read receipts. Question though I know Trusted Sellers and Staff can bypass the one minute cooldown in between PMs has that been removed since now the IM system has been removed? If not I think it should be.

I will see what we can do about the send timer r00t did bring this up to me as an issue for sellers a day or so ago and it slipped my mind.

Love the new PM redesign and how much easier it is to use, especially the fact that there won't be a new PM every time someone replies to your recent message.

I will say I don't agree with the removal of IM, even if there were problems with the mobile portion of it or common UI issues. You can't add a feature to the PM and so-call it the new IM system ( if that's what's being done ). Just continue the IM feature alongside this new PM feature, so mobile users will be at an ease and so will computer geeks. I'd rather not have to go all the way to my PMs to have to chat with someone, when my IMs were already right in the bottom-right of my screen, on the same page. IMs were useful for many people across this site; to people on the marketplace, or just simply communicating with friends.

I really hope you guys took the IMs out for a good cause, and will later add a feature similar and better than before because IMs were a GREAT part of this site.



Is the new PM design going to give you a notification by your name every time someone sends you a message within the conversation you're in? and if so, can we get an option to disable notifications for a specific conversation with a member due to notification build-up?
