So I had a weird experience last night not sure if it was sleep paralysis or not but I opened my eyes and it felt like I was being help down I couldn't move and I tried screaming but nothing came out and I'd snap out of that and be able to move and it kept happening on and off all last night. This has never happened before.
What do you think could it have been sleep paralysis ? |

| They say a demon is on your chest. It's a old saying. Different cultures use different references but all means same thing. You were in a sleep paralysis state of being. I usually sleep on edge of bed so when I go through that I try to use all my energy to move a part of my leg or hand off the bed. It'll usually wake me right up instantly. |

| I'm not an expert on this, but yeah, I'd say it sounds like sleep paralysis as the others are suggesting. I have had this happen to me maybe twice. As scary as that was, I used to get night terrors, which were even worse in my opinion! I hope they get better for you man <3 Sleep/the mind when you are sleeping is a crazy thing! |

| I get sleep paralysis and that sounds like it. I never see demons and that stuff some people see but i've experienced what you described. |

| i think ive had this happen maybe once or twice im not sure what it is as i dint look into it because it was such a one off exp for me but ifi its something that happens often with you id seek proffessional assistance |
