hey guys, relatively new to pc building so i need your advice. im looking to overclock my 3570k, ive come across 3 mobos. all similar price range, which would you recommend ?

asus p8z77-v
asus sabretooth z77
gigabyte z77-ds3h

Well, if they're all the same price anyway, then the Sabertooth. Either of the Asus motherboards would be my choice over the Gigabyte board.

well sabertooth is 130gbp, the other 2 are 100gbp. Thanks for your reply ! so you'd say the sabertooth is worth the little extra ?

That's a pretty steep price for such an old, used motherboard tbh. I'd probably just go with the cheaper Asus board in that case, but it's up to you really.

The Sabertooth is I guess worth the extra 30 quid, but £100 is already more than I would want to pay for a Z77 mobo.

i thought the same, but thats the cheapest i could find around... most places were in the 160-170 range for the sabertooth
