There is no point looking at any PCIe 4.0 SSD if you go with Intel, since you're not going to be able to utilise it anyway.
Yes, there's a difference between 2400MHz and 3200MHz RAM speeds. How much of a difference depends on what exactly you're doing and what CPU you're using.
If you're wanting an Intel alternative to Ryzen 5000, then buy 10th gen i5 or i7, so an i5-10600K(F) or i7-10700K(F). Then for a motherboard with 10th gen Intel, I would personally be getting an Asus Strix Z490 board, but an MSI Z490 Tomahawk will do the job just fine and is pretty reasonably priced at £170.
I didn't have a chance to reply to your last thread or PM yet as I've been working. So, regarding your PM, an R5 5600X vs R7 3800X, I would probably just take the 5600X for 20 quid less. It's going to be the better option in games and will pretty much match a 3800X in multithreaded situations anyway, despite having 2 less cores.

Definitely not an i7-9700K. An R5 5600X is just better than a 9700K, in games and multithreaded situations.
i5-10600K is cheaper than a 9700K and better, so even if you were adamant against AMD, a 9700K still makes no sense at all.
