I've used IGVault around 4-5 times and never had any problems with them pal! Safe and easy to do.

I need like 300k cant find anywhere which is reasonable, im not spending £10 for 100k

Unfortunately the average per 100k is around £8-£10 which is kinda silly.

Being honest i wouldn't buy any more than 100k , seen lots of people being warned about buying coins , and even having there coins set to 0 as punishment.

Go on eBay and find sellers who sell via WhatsApp and have lots of positive feedback, they always have the cheapest prices and if you buy off a site you will lose money and have a higher chance of being banned.
