Hello TTG,
How's everyone's mental health today? Personally I am not doing so good myself. I couldn't really sleep last night and now it's hitting me hard with depression today. I hope everyone is having a better day than I am. Cheers, and love to you all |

| I'm doing ok today. Some days I feel anxious. I was diagnosed with major depressive order about 3 and a half years ago. I have been taking medication for that and been seeking therapy |

| Going a bit downhill I am but hey, there's light at the end of the tunnel. Luckily, I've had people around me to support me during these past few months even though they may not know how much they've helped me. Mad to think not being allowed to socialise has caused carnage but hey, we take what we've been given and ride it. |

I'm good, ready to stop wearing a mask. Remember everyone these bad things are not permanent. And you can overcome these obstacles. Life wouldn't be so rewarding without a little bit of trouble along the way.
