Currently grinding trying to get to level 39 so i can do the aether shroud tier 3 glitch but its a slow process. Is there anyway to get it without being level 39?

Grind to round 10 and exfil do it a couple of times that's what I heard

There was a glitch but now they patched it, so I don't think there would be a point posting it.
