Hey I'm level 55 on Cold War but I can't prestige? Like it won't even level me up anymore? It shows a new badge but it has a blue ring round it?

I have a similar/same issue where I'm actually level 23 but shows up as only level 4

Game is full of bugs and I don't know if I can keep playing it but I probably will
