Hi guys,
I had my activision ID hacked about 4 weeks and I submitted an account recovery request via the activision support page. I was quoted 7 business days for it to be investigated. It's now been 4 weeks without an update and I've sent numerous email enquiries in via the website and Twitter. I've also tried to connect to the live chat however it seems to be a long wait for an advisor. I appreciate these are tough times and they are probably running with very little staff but has anyone experienced the same thing and has anyone had luck in getting their account back? I've lost hundreds of pounds worth of DLC and Damascus etc. I was hoping to have it back for the release of Cold War. Thanks in advance. |

Also I volunteer for the Activision ambassador program, there has been thousands of these request in the past few days alone, sadly the only way to get it sorted is through the account recovery tool and lately there have been delays with that team responding. Even though you haven't heard back from them I wouldn't lose hope, I imagine they have a backlog. In all honesty though, the official support for Activision is a shambles. |
