During sign up (of a blizzard account) you choose argentina. Simple as that ;p

is it really Argentina? I checked the prices and for cod points they aren't that low. I think Russians since may 4 has forced to pay in EU, so what's the other location to get cheap cod points? im checking locations but they aren't much.
