| I played the 10 hours of fifa, went to buy the ultimate addition but realised I accidentally selected the gift card option rather then my bank card but I didn't realise that at the time as I was still able to download it even though I hadn't payed for it but I wasn't obviously able to play it so I uninstalled it as I wasn't sure why it wasn't working then I realised I got charged twice, if I contact Microsoft will they refund me for the version I haven't played? |
