Tell us more about your network setup. What ISP / plan do you have? Are you wired or on WiFi on your PC and PS4? If WiFi how far away? What router do you have?

You should be using wired. It will be faster and more reliable than being wireless 99/100 times. I'm not sure how your wired connection is slower though. What speeds do you get on wired?

Try this:
Right click your internet connection at the bottom left.
    Open Network & Internet Settings
    Change Adapter Settings

Make sure you are on wired connection when you do this.

Right Click On The Internet You're Using Then Click Properties
Make Sure Internet Version 4 & 6 Is Checked Off

If one isn't checked off, check it off and save changes. If they are both checked trying running either ipv6 only or ipv4, Run a speed test on each.
