Well you winrar or whatever the other one is, and to disable ALL anti viruses or you will crash

Any error messages?

Uninstall FACEIT Anticheat and Riot Vanguard if you have those on your system or you will get a ke64 error 100% of the time trying to use it.

If you're talking about the init.bat file, that just makes changes to your computer and doesn't open anything.

You should be opening the helloworld.7z file with WinRAR or 7zip and installing what's inside.
