Do you like the "war" genre? If so I recommend Band of Brothers and The Pacific. I watched the new Unsolved Mysteries series on Netflix, although that one is more enjoyable with other people.

I'm into a lot of true crime and murder documentaries and the ted bundy tapes are quite an eerie but interesting watch.

If that's not any interest to you then a very good series is Sons of Anarchy. It's been out for a lifetime on Netflix now but if you haven't seen it I highly recommend.

No problem man! Yeah I think Unsolved Mysteries would be very good to watch with the gf. They are all super interesting and its really well made. The only episode I didn't like was the Alien one, just wasn't believable for me. There's only 6 eps out right now, so it will be easy for you two to get into.
