I am trying to figure out which setup would be better? PC 1 has about a 10% increase in CPU than PC 2 but PC 2 has a 10% increase in GPU.

I would be playing military sim games like Arma 3 and Squad and other games like them. Which is more important, increased CPU or GPU power?

PC 1:
-i7 9700F
-RTX 2070 Super
-500 SSD
-16gb DDR4
-Liquid Cooled
$1,450.00

PC 2:
-i7 10700k
-RTX 2070
-500 SSD
-16gb DDR4
-Liquid Cooled
$1,400.00

Neither. No idea what PSU's are being used, what exactly "Liquid Cooled" means, or what RAM or SSD is in either system.

None, if you dont want to build it yourself get one from powergpu.com/power-builds.html

He doesnt cheap out on anything and only uses quality parts, plus hes well respected in that area.
