No. Motherboards don't have graphics. Your Ryzen 7 CPU doesn't have an integrated GPU either.
You will need some sort of discrete GPU for display output.

I tried with 1 ram, the one that lights up in both slots and didnt change video. I hooked the hdmi to my laptop to monitor and doesnt come up on monitor either. Could i be required to have driver to run hdmi monitor?

Some CPU's have integrated graphics, AMD call theirs APU's. There are no Ryzen 7 APU's available to purchase for the DIY market yet. Ryzen APU's have a "G" suffix, so for Zen+(Ryzen 3000) APU's, you have the R3 3200G and R5 3400G.
Zen 2 APU's aren't available on the DIY market yet. However, they have just launched for SI's as the Ryzen 4000 series with options up to the R7 4700G, an 8C/16T APU with Vega8 graphics.

Can't really recommend anything without a budget or currency, but if you're buying new, the GTX 1650 Super is honestly the lowest end GPU I'd even consider purchasing.

Otherwise, I'd be looking on the used market.
